- Egyptian International Foundation For Law Firm was a local business founded by an individual then got expanded by launching a new branch in Georgia.
Acquisition
- MC expands it’s presence through this acquisition of the Egyptian International Foundation for Law Firm for both branches, the Egyptian & Georgian in January 2022.
- MC become an accredited company with No. 125 since 2022.
After Acquisition
- One of the main competitive strengths in MC is it’s prominent Board of Directors in it’s present form, which is represented in Mr. Mohamed Shakr & Mr. Ahmed Ezzat.
- Through this acquisition, MC has a strong dynamic strategy evolved to be one of the most professional business consultant company in different sectors.
